Sleepy is a grand old Charles MacDonald design high over the Hudson. A few years ago, trees were removed and bunkers were restored, so it it is now one of the most dramatic courses in the Met area. The Met Open was played there this summer and I got some nice photos during the first round. The par 3 16th, a "signature" hole: Par-4 5th: Par 5 6th; even though most were getting to the green in two, very few birdies were witnessed with the flag on the right side; three putts were the norm: Black Oak Golf Club assistant pro Peter Chang and caddie wonder where the hell his game went: Second green at dusk: Jeff
