Not sure you want any comments in these threads, if not just move or delete this.
But I found the comment about how the only thing moving towards the target is the right elbow/arm at the beginning of the downswing, at least thats how I interpreted it. That just varies greatly from my prior understanding that we wanted a slide of the hips, or hip bump.

Of the defined ten ways to retain lag the only move that is out towards the ball the right elbow ("shooting dice") - I'm not seeing that the sequencing starts the elbow first on the way down, that's still the lower body to setup the preferred SSCs. See the 24:20 mark again.

Thanks, so the right arm would move out towards the ball while the right shoulder stays back? It would seem they would move together.
Just trying to grasp the movements.
