Do you think for a player that tends to come into the ball with the body to closed off and uses and flip/roll type release, the feeling of opening the upperbody and shoulders from the top of the swing would be beneficial and help eliminate the flip and roll? Are there any players youve seen who had very open body at impact who use a flip or roll release? Is it more common to see the flip roll type release from players who have a more square body at impact?

I haven't seen really open shoulders and rolling, but sometimes open shoulders and flip without roll.
