Kelvin--armchairing here and trying to come up with different ways to think about the squat. Would you say that at the start of the transition the idea would be to lower your pelvis, think about staying right and that would get you the pelvic stretch, thinking about the pelvis as having two sides, flexible, that can operate independently. So, starting transition, ER of:
the right foot (holding) right knee (holding) right pelvis (holding) right hip (holding) right shoulder (holding)
and then, FIRING.
In all of this, no thought of going lateral left, it just happens when it should.
